Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One

Sherlock Holmes is one of the most iconic characters in fiction, but their most recent game explored the detective’s early years, and so, needed a youthful rejuvenation of the brand ID to signal something new to fans and potential players.

We dug into game materials to identify Chapter One’s most iconic features – Sherlock as a young rebel, the new mediterranean setting, and a personal story that shakes his foundation and fundamentally shapes the detective.

So we aimed to signal both a fresh, unexpected approach, and also a tectonic narrative shift – woven into official brand narrative and reflected in Chapter One’s visual identity.
